From John Berringer '76:
On a recent trip to Costa Rica to celebrate various 70th birthdays, the woman we rented our house from recommended Sunset Catering in Tamarindo. To our great surprise, we discovered it was owned and operated by Richard MacSherry, Class of 1975. Our dinner, prepared by Richard and his wife, was delicious and lots of fun.
Here's a photo of the occasion, with (left to right) John, Rob Cramer '76, Richard, and Peter Larson '74.

For each 50th Reunion class, the College organizes a class-trip opportunity to Oxford, England, home of the Williams-Exeter Programme for classmates and their partners or spouses. The week-long experience includes private guided tours of local landmarks; lectures on history, arts and culture; conversations with Exeter faculty; and a lot more.

You can download complete details on the program, accommodations and costs at the link below.

Registration is limited to 50 participants, and is on a first-come, first-served basis.

Williams rolled out the purple carpet, and the weather mostly cooperated, as over 40 members of the Class of ’75 gathered in Williamstown in anticipation of our 50th Reunion in 2025. We met April 21-23 for a presidential forum, with an opportunity to reconnect, revisit the familiar and the very new of the campus, and hear from college leadership on the state of Williams 2023.

On Friday we gathered at the Taconic Golf Clubhouse for a buffet; spent Saturday catching up with each other as well as hearing about Williams today and tomorrow; and wrapped up on a rainy Sunday morning with a Williams Inn brunch, crunching the numbers and stats of the Williams financial picture.

Saturday evening’s highlight was dinner (jackets required!) with President Maud Mandel, who spoke about her first five years at Williams. We also spent some productive time discussing our class gift, and our efforts to engage our diverse and devoted class.
